Future Faces of Barnes Awards
This Award is designed to recognise the amazing young people who are doing so much to drive, retain and maintain the spirit of our community.
This category is open to anyone between the ages of 13 and 25. Nominees may live outside of the area, but their impact must be on projects run within Barnes, and Barnes & Mortlake Wards, and the nominee must be currently active in their volunteer role or activity.
You can nominate as many individuals as you wish, but each nomination must be submitted on a separate form.

All nominees will be notified shortly afterwards. Nominations received after that day will not be considered.
Successful Awardees will be invited to a special Awards Ceremony to be held on Friday 24 October at Rose House.

Terms and Conditions
1. Nomination Process: Nominators must submit their nominations through the official channels provided by the BCA Website. Only completed nominations with all required information will be considered. Only ONE nomination per nominee is required.
2. Nomination Criteria: Nominations must include detailed descriptions of the acts or contributions made by the nominee, no supporting evidence or documentation is needed.
3. Multiple Nominations: There is no limit to the number of nominations an individual can submit, provided each nomination is for a different nominee and meets all the requirements outlined in these terms and conditions. Each nomination must be submitted as a new nomination via the website form.
4. Selection Process: Nominees will be evaluated based on the criteria set by the BCA. The selection process may include a review by the panel of Trustees and BCA Staff. The decisions of the BCA will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Notification: Nominees may or may not be notified of their nomination, depending on the discretion of the BCA based on the judging process. Only selected nominees will be contacted and invited to participate in further proceedings.
6. Any personal details shared for a child under 18 years will require the necessary permissions, from the child themselves if over 16 years of age, or by the parent/guardian if under 16. Please note all proposed nominees must be at least 13 years of age in order to be nominated. We will not use a child’s personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
7. Publicity: By submitting a nomination, and subject to the above, nominators agree that the BCA may contact the nominee directly. The use the nominee's name, likeness, and story for publicity and promotional purposes related to the Future Faces Awards, may be used unless prohibited by the nominee.
8. Privacy: Personal information collected during the nomination process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Future Faces of Barnes Awards and will not be shared or used in conjunction with other BCA activities.
9. Disqualification: The BCA reserves the right to disqualify any nomination that does not comply with these terms and conditions or for any other reason is deemed inappropriate.
10. Amendments: The BCA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and any such amendments will be effective upon posting on the Future Faces Awards website or other official channels.
11. Governing: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governance where the Future Faces Awards are conducted, the BCA, at Rose House, Barnes.
