Annual General Meeting 2018 - reminder

A reminder that the AGM for the BCA will be held this Thursday at 7.30pm in Rose House in Barnes High Street. All members are warmly welcome and there will be talks from the Men’s Shed Association as well as formally asking you to approve the accounts which are available here for viewing.

One piece of business at the AGM is also the appointment of Trustees. This year there are three vacancies and there are three people who have put themselves forward.  Their applications were received by the deadline and their details have been available here for viewing. They are Nicki Urquhart, Mandy Stewart and Jo Dellal.  Nicki and Mandy are currently trustees and have put themselves forward for re-election. Jo is a new applicant for the trustee position.

As there are three applications for three positions we will not need to vote and will appoint these at the meeting.

The BCA is a voluntary charitable association relying on our members to support our activities to support Barnes and its inhabitants. Please do come along to the AGM to have a glimpse of what we did in 2017 for the community.
