BCA/Barnes Runners Turkey Run 2019 - come and show your support on Sunday!

Following the success of previous years, this year’s annual Turkey Run will take place, this weekend - on Sunday 1st December at 10am. The event is now in its fourth year and raises money for the Barnes Community Association’s Christmas lunch which provides lunch for residents of Barnes who are lonely or would otherwise be on their own on Christmas Day.

It is a 10 mile (or 10km) run along the towpath in Barnes, made up of two loops. Runners can choose the distance and festive fancy dress is encouraged! This year, some participants will be walking the course (please contact Marty if you would like to join this group). It costs £20 to sign-up to the run (a discounted rate is available to members of Barnes Runners - for more info on Barnes Runners, click HERE) and medals and post-race refreshments will be awarded to all participants.

Online registration is now closed but you can sign up for the run at Race HQ - the Coach & Horses pub, Barnes High Street, from 9am on Sunday.
