BCA Barnes Food Fair Stallholder Applications

The BCA Barnes Food Fair, sister event to the longstanding Barnes Fair, is a highlight in the SW London foodie calendar. Held on Barnes Green, the fair offers a carefully curated selection of food and drink exhibitors inside a marquee, where visitors can sample and purchase specialty products. Outside, a street food area features freshly cooked dishes from around the world, accompanied by live music from the Bandstand. We welcome both food stalls and food-related stalls.

Applications to become a stallholder open in June, and a link to the application form will appear on this page. We regret that we cannot accept everyone who applies.

Information for successful applicants:

You will be notified by email if your application has been successful. In order to secure your stall, you will need to pay your invoice.

Should your application be successful you will receive a fair pack in the post at the beginning of September. This will include instructions for setup and break down, a Barnes Food Fair map and a copy of Prospect magazine.

Getting to Barnes Green: Instead of Hammersmith Bridge, you will need to drive over Chiswick Bridge or Putney Bridge to reach Barnes.
