Volunteers Needed for Bulb Planting

Volunteers Sought for Bulb Planting on Barnes Green, Tuesday 31st October

Meeting point in front of the entrance to Age UK Barnes Green Centre, 0930 till 1pm

 Last year with the help of willing volunteers the BCA planted over 4000 daffodils and crocus bulbs on Barnes Green. This year we aim to plant a stretch alongside The Crescent hedgerow with assorted daffodils with varied flowering periods. All volunteers are welcome and should bring appropriate footwear and if possible a stout spade. You can simply turn up but if you have a query or would like to register your interest you can contact greenkeeper@barnes-ca.org. We must ask that minors should be accompanied by adults.
