NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We would like to inform BCA Members of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Barnes Community Association, which is scheduled to take place on 19th October 2023, 19:30 p.m. at Rose House, 70 Barnes High Street, SW13 9LD. Your participation and engagement are highly valued, as we will be addressing crucial matters regarding the future of our organization.

 Call to Order and Welcome

·         Opening remarks by the Chairperson

 Approval of Minutes

·         Review and approval of the minutes from the previous AGM

 Financial Report

·         Presentation and discussion of the financial report for the year to 31 December 2022

 Election of Trustees

·         Nominations and voting for new trustees

 Proposed Amendment to the Constitution

·         Proposal to amend Clause 3, Objects of the CIO, Clause 19(4)(a) Procedure at meetings, and Clause (16)(1) Reappointment of trustees of the Constitution. For comprehensive details on these proposed adjustments, please refer to the attached document labelled 'Proposal to Amend the Constitution'.
