My High Street – Barnes’ digital high street app
The Ponder 2 community visioning exercise confirmed again just how much residents value all our high streets. One of the project teams that came out of the Barnes Ponder 2, High Streets Barnes, is working with the digital high street app MyHighStreet.
MyHighStreet’s aim is to bring back spend to the high street and to equip small businesses with their own digital tools for long term success. The app has launched successfully in East Sheen and is signing up businesses in Barnes.
MyHighStreet now has 50 East Sheen businesses linked via the digital high street. To date over 4000 customers have downloaded one of the businesses apps. With their links to schools, the platform is proving popular with local families and when they buy via the app the schools receive a donation.
As MyHighStreet launches in Barnes, the team needs more support to share the news with our businesses. If would like to find out more about MyHighStreet and are interested in supporting the team in a part-time paid role do get in touch with Milen hello@myhighstreet.app.
